Staff Recommendation:

On July 18, 2013, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this REPLAT (7-0).

On June 11, 2013, City Council unanimously denied this REPLAT (7-0).

On May 16, 2013, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this REPLAT (4-0), subject to the above-stated condition.  Commissioners Robinson, Haas, Darling and Portman voted in favor; none opposed.

The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
