Consider approval of an Ordinance for Case No. S-1137R3-SF-12, First United Methodist Church, Lot 1R, Block 1, a zoning change from S-1137R2-SF-12 (Special Use Permit-1137 Revision 2-Single Family-12) to S-1137R3-SF-12 (Special Use Permit-1137 Revision 3-Single Family-12), to allow for the addition of a canopy at the entrance on the west elevation of the church on approximately 4.8 acres of property located at 420 S Heartz Road and authorizing the Mayor to sign.

Staff Recommendation:
On April 9, 2013, City Council unanimously approved this ZONING CHANGE (7-0).
On March 21, 2013, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this ZONING CHANGE (6-0). Commissioners, Pritzlaff, Robinson, Haas, Sangerhausen, Darling and Portman voted in favor; none opposed.
The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
