Summary
The following P&Z conditions remain outstanding:
  1. There will be additional comments during detailed engineering plan review.
  2. Some drainage will need to be accommodated on the mutual access drive.
  3. Ensure proposed signage matches signage to north and south (black reverse illuminated channel letters).  Only 20% of the signage is permitted to be logo.
 
Staff Recommendation:
On May 16, 2013, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this ZONING CHANGE (4-0), subject to the above-stated conditions.  Commissioners Robinson, Haas, Darling and Portman voted in favor; none opposed.
 
The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
