Based on our legal counsel's recommendation and our consultants' review of the rate increase filings, staff believes Atmos' rate increase request is unreasonable. The denial resolution will prevent the Company's proposed rate increase from automatically taking effect on June 11, 2012 and will allow for more time to reach a settlement.
