Summary

This is the Second Amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions that were originally approved by City Council on May 3, 2012 and amended on November 1, 2012.  This amendment allows the approximate 7.9 acres of additional land that will be acquired by Main Street Coppell, Ltd. to be included under the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions that are already in place.
