On February 12, 2013, City Council unanimously approved this ZONING CHANGE (6-0).
 
On January 17, 2013, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this ZONING CHANGE (7-0). Commissioners Goodale, Pritzlaff, Robinson, Haas, Darling, Portman and Sangerhausen voted in favor; none opposed.
 
The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
