PUBLIC HEARING:
Consider approval of Case No. PD-91R2-SF-7, Northlake Woodlands Estates East, PH 1, Lot 10, Block 2, a zoning change request from PD-91-SF-7 (Planned Development-91-Single Family-7) to PD-91R2-SF-7 (Planned Development-91 Revision 2-Single Family-7), to allow a seven and one-half foot encroachment over the required 30-foot front building setback line at 616 Villawood Lane.
Summary
The following P&Z condition remains outstanding:
- Replatting of the property to change the front yard building line to the proposed 22.5 feet.
Staff Recommendation:
On April 18, 2013, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the ZONING CHANGE (6-0) subject to the above-stated condition. Commissioners Pritzlaff, Robinson, Haas, Sangerhausen, Darling and Portman voted in favor; none opposed.
The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
