The following P&Z condition remains outstanding:

1. Replatting of the property to change the front yard building line to the proposed 22.5 feet.

Staff Recommendation:

On April 18, 2013, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the ZONING CHANGE (6-0) subject to the above-stated condition.  Commissioners Pritzlaff, Robinson, Haas, Sangerhausen, Darling and Portman voted in favor; none opposed.

The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
