Summary
Phase II renovation consists of approximately 6000 square feet on the second floor and will be occupied by Fire Administration and will also house the EOC (Emergency Operations Center).
 
Fiscal Impact:
Funds have been designated in General Fund - Fund Balance for this project.
 
Staff Recommendation:
The Engineering Department recommends award to Core Construction in the amount of $349,337.02
