Staff Recommendation:
On July 18, 2013, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this REPLAT (7-0). Commissioners Goodale, Sarma, Robinson, Haas, Sangerhausen, Darling and Portman voted in favor; none opposed.
The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
