Consider approval of Case No. ZC-624, Southwestern Industrial Addition, Lot 1, a zoning change request from C (Commercial) to LI (Light Industrial), to be consistent with the zoning on the abutting properties on 0.9 acres of property located at the northeast corner of Southwestern Boulevard and South Coppell Road (440 Southwestern Blvd.).

On February 21, 2013, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this ZONING CHANGE (6-0). Commissioners Goodale, Robinson, Haas, Sangerhausen, Darling and Portman voted in favor; none opposed.
