Consider approval of a six-month extension to the expiration date of June 12, 2013, for the Petterson Addition, Lots 1R-7R & 1XR-2XR, Block A, Replat, being a replat to establish seven (7) single-family lots, two (2) common area lots and easements on 2.27 acres of property located along the north side of West Sandy Lake Road, approximately 130 feet west of Summer Place Drive.

Attached is correspondence form Ron Allen, JGMS Investments, LLC, received June 4, 2013. If City Council were to approve this request, this replat would expire on December 12, 2013.
Staff Recommendation:
On December 11, 2012, City Council unanimously approved this REPLAT (7-0).
On November 13, 2012, City Council opened & continued the public hearing to the December 11, 2012 meeting (7-0) at the applicant's request.
On October 18, 2012, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this REPLAT (6-0). Commissioners Pritzlaff, Frnka, Haas, Sangerhausen, Portman and Kittrell voted in favor; none opposed.
Staff recommends APPROVAL.
