Staff Recommendation:
On April 9, 2013, City Council unanimously approved this ZONING CHANGE (7-0).
 
On March 21, 2013, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this ZONING CHANGE (6-0).  Commissioners, Pritzlaff, Robinson, Haas, Sangerhausen, Darling and Portman voted in favor; none opposed.
 
The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
