Summary

Staff Recommendation:

On January 8, 2013, City Council approved this FINAL PLAT (5-2).

On December 20, 2012, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this FINAL PLAT (5-0). Commissioners Goodale, Pritzlaff, Haas, Portman and Kittrell voted in favor; none opposed.

The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
