Summary

The following P&Z conditions remain outstanding:

1. Additional comments may be generated upon detailed engineering plan review.
2. A tree removal permit is required prior to the start of construction.

Staff Recommendation:

On July 18, 2013, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this REPLAT (7-0).  Commissioners Goodale, Sarma, Robinson, Haas, Sangerhausen, Darling and Portman voted in favor; none opposed.

The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
