Staff Recommendation:
On June 11, 2013, City Council approved this ZONING CHANGE (6-1).
 
On May 16, 2013, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this ZONING CHANGE(5-0).  Commissioners Goodale, Robinson, Haas, Darling and Portman voted in favor; none opposed.
 
The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
