Summary
The following P&Z conditions remain outstanding:
- There will be additional comments generated upon detailed engineering plan review.
- Ensure sidewalk easement is adequately depicted on plat.
Staff Recommendation:
On May 16, 2013, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this MINOR PLAT (5-0), subject to the above-stated conditions. Commissioners Goodale, Robinson, Haas, Darling and Portman voted in favor; none opposed.
The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
