Consider approval of the Belmont Landing, Preliminary Plat, to develop 55 single-family lots and three (3) common area lots on 15.18 acres of property located on the south side of East Belt Line Road, approximately 450 feet west of South MacArthur Boulevard.
Summary
The following P&Z conditions remain outstanding:
- There may be additional comments upon detail engineering review.
- Park development fees will be assessed at $1,285 per unit.
- Review and approval of the HOA documents by the City Attorney prior to filing the Final Plat.
Staff Recommendation:
On May 16, 2013, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this PRELIMINARY PLAT (4-0), subject to the above-stated conditions. Commissioners Robinson, Haas, Darling and Portman voted in favor; none opposed.
The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
