3. Review and approval of the HOA documents by the City Attorney prior to filing the Final Plat.

Staff Recommendation:

On May 16, 2013, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this PRELIMINARY PLAT (4-0), subject to the above-stated conditions.  Commissioners Robinson, Haas, Darling and Portman voted in favor; none opposed.

The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
