Summary
Attached is correspondence from Dilip Pranav, Chase Hospitality, L.L.C., dated March 27, 2014, requesting to appeal the Planning & Zoning Commission's denial of this request.
 
Please be advised that given the Commission's recommendation for denial, a ¾ vote of Council (6 out of 7) is required to approve this request.
 
Staff Recommendation:
On March 20, 2014, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended denial of this ZONING CHANGE (7-0).  Commissioners Goodale, Sarma, Robinson, Haas, Portman, Darling and Blankenship voted in favor; none opposed.
 
The Planning Department recommends APROVAL with conditions.
