Public Hearing: Hold a Public Hearing and consider seven text change amendments to the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 12; 1) to amend Article 25, Light Industrial District, of said chapter to add “Concrete Batching Plant (Temporary)” to permitted uses; 2) Delete “Technology Equipment Facility” from permitted uses; 3) to amend Article 30-12 Special Use Permits “LI” Light Industrial to require a Special Use Permit for a “Cryptocurrency Mining Facility” Use; 4) to require a Special Use Permit for a “Data Center” Use; 5) to amend Article 42, Special Definitions to add a definition for “Cryptocurrency Mining Facility”; 6) add a definition for “Data Center;” and 7) to delete the definition for “Technology Equipment Facility”.
