On March 11, 2014, City Council postponed this ORDINANCE until the April 8th meeting (5-0).
 
On February 11, 2014, City Council approved this ZONING CHANGE (5-1).
 
On January 16, 2014, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this ZONING CHANGE (6-0).  Commissioners, Sarma, Robinson, Haas, Blankenship, Darling and Portman voted in favor; none opposed.
 
The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
