Consider approval of a (3) three-month extension to the expiration date of December 9, 2015, for the Westhaven PH IIB, Final Plat, to permit the development of 67 residential lots and two (2) common area lots on 12.58 acres of property located south of S.H. 121, approximately 550 feet west of Magnolia Park.

Attached is the correspondence from Chip G. Boyd, of CalAtlantic Homes dated November 19, 2015. If City Council were to approve this request, this final plat would expire on March 9, 2016.
Staff Recommendation:
On June 9, 2015, City Council unanimously approved this FINAL PLAT (7-0).
On May 21, 2015, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this FINAL PLAT (7-0). Commissioners, Williford, Sarma, Robinson, Haas, Portman, Darling and Blankenship voted in favor; none opposed.
The Planning Department recommended APPROVAL.
