Belt Line Road and Dividend Drive; and authorizing the Mayor to sign.

Will provide generate additional sales tax and hotel occupancy tax revenue.

 

Staff Recommendation:

The Community Development Department recommends approval of the ordinance and authorizing the Mayor to sign.
