Summary

The City is interested in purchasing the land located at 305 W. Bethel Road.  This agreement would authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement with the current owners, Ann and Elias Dragon, to do so.

Fiscal Impact:

The City would purchase the land for $265,000 and the funds would be provided by General Fund - Undesignated Fund Balance.
