Summary

 

Fiscal Impact:

The fiscal impact of this annual purchase is $114,680.89.  The three-year cost of this solution was negotiated down from the list price to $344,042.67.  The cost of this item is provided for in the Vision 2040 Assigned Fund Balance of the General Fund and will be included in the final budget amendment for fiscal year 2025 if approved.
