Consider approval of a Lease Agreement between the City of Coppell and the Wilson Family for land located at the southeast corner of Bethel Road and S. Coppell Road, and authorizing the City Manager to sign.
Summary
This Agreement will replace the original Agreement with the Wilson Family approved and signed in 2008. The Agreement allows the City to lease property from the Wilson Family for an amount equal to the annual property taxes for the land. The Kirkland House and the Minyards Store are located on this land.
