Summary
The following P&Z condition remains outstanding:
1.      Remove shared signage from draft agreement.
 
Staff Recommendation:
On February 19, 2015, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this ZONING CHANGE (6-0) subject to the above-stated condition.  Commissioners Williford, Sarma, Haas, Portman, Darling and Blankenship voted in favor; none opposed.
 
The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
