Consider approval of the Cozby Library & Community Commons, SPA, a site plan amendment for exterior renovations, building and parking lot expansions to the existing library facility on approximately two (2) acres of property located at 177 N. Heartz Road.
Summary
The following P&Z conditions remain outstanding:
1. There will be additional comments during detailed engineering plan review.
2. A tree removal permit will be required prior to start of construction.
Staff Recommendation:
On March 24, 2015, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this SITE PLAN AMENDMENT (6-0) subject to the above-stated conditions. Commissioners, Sarma, Robinson, Haas, Portman, Darling and Blankenship voted in favor; none opposed.
The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
