Summary
Prologis proposed to build an 826,000 speculative industrial building in Prologis Park 121. Subaru has chosen the location of that building for their parts distribution and training center; however, they do not need that large of a building. Therefore, Prologis is reducing the size of that proposed building to accommodate Subaru and will construct an additional building in the future.
