Consider approval of an Ordinance for Case No. S-1093R3-C, Taco Bell, a zoning change from S-1093R2-C (Special Use Permit-1093 Revision 2-Commercial) to S-1093R3-C (Special Use Permit-1093 Revision 3-Commercial), to allow revised building elevations and attached signage for the existing restaurant with a drive-thru facility located at 115 N. Denton Tap Road and authorizing the Mayor to sign.

On April 14, 2015, City Council unanimously approved this ZONING CHANGE (7-0).
On March 24, 2015, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this ZONING CHANGE (6-0). Commissioners, Sarma, Robinson, Haas, Portman, Darling and Blankenship voted in favor; none opposed.
The Planning Department recommends APPROVAL.
