On December 8, 2015, the City Council unanimously approved this REVOCATION OF ORDINANCES (7-0).

On November 19, 2015, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the revocation of SUP’s No. S-1220-TC & No. S-1220R-TC (7-0).  Commissioners Williford, Sarma, Robinson, Haas, Portman, Darling and Blankenship voted in favor; none opposed.

The Planning Department recommended APPROVAL.
