Consider approval of an Economic Development Agreement by and between the City of Coppell and Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc., and authorizing the Mayor to sign.

 

Summary

Executive Summary:

Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc. provides interior finish solutions to builders all across Texas.  Wisenbaker will lease the entire 65,000 square foot building currently under construction by DCV Development Dallas at 788 Canyon Drive.  This building will serve as a showroom, warehouse and distribution center for Wisenbaker.

 

Fiscal Impact:

This is a 5 year, 75% rebate of property taxes paid on business personal property.

 

Staff Recommendation:

Economic Development recommends approval.
