DCV Development Dallas, Ltd. is constructing a 65,000 square foot building at 788 Canyon Drive. This building will serve as the showroom and warehouse for Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc.
Fiscal Impact:
This is a 5 year, 75% rebate of property taxes paid on real property.
