Summary

Staff Recommendation:

On March 8, 2016, City Council unanimously approved this ZONING CHANGE (6-0).

 

On February 18, 2016, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this ZONING CHANGE (6-0).  Commissioners, Williford, Sarma, Haas, Portman, Darling and Blankenship voted in favor; none opposed.

 

The Planning Department recommended APPROVAL.
