Staff Recommendation:

On May 10, 2016, City Council approved this ZONING CHANGE (7-0).

 

On April 21, 2016, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this ZONING CHANGE (7-0).  Commissioners, Williford, Sarma, Robinson, Haas, Portman, Darling and Blankenship voted in favor; none opposed.

 

On March 24, 2016, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended to hold this case under advisement until the April 21, 2016 meeting (7-0).  Commissioners, Williford, Sarma, Robinson, Haas, Portman, Darling and Blankenship voted in favor; none opposed.

 

The Planning Department recommended APPROVAL.
