Staff Recommendation:

On August 9, 2016, City Council approved this ZONING CHANGE (4-3).

 

On July 21, 2016, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of this ZONING CHANGE (5-0).  Commissioners Sarma, Robinson, Portman, Darling and Blankenship voted in favor; none opposed.

 

The Planning Department recommended APPROVAL.
