Summary
City Council held a Public Hearing regarding the designation of Reinvestment Zone No. 110 on December 13, 2016. Naterra International has experienced tremendous growth. SFPLP Holdings Management, LLC is building a second building approximately 100,000 square feet in size that Naterra International will occupy. The Tax Abatement Agreement terms for this company will be a 10 year, 80% abatement, and it will be applied to the real property for SFPLP Holdings Management, LLC.
