Summary

Attached is the correspondence from David Hayes of The Holmes Builders dated January 11, 2017.  If the Planning Commission were to approve this request, the new expiration date would be July 22, 2017.

 

Staff Recommendation:

On July 21, 2016, the Planning Commission unanimously approved this FINAL PLAT (5-0).

 

The Planning Department recommended APPROVAL.
