Summary
EMP Manufacturing Inc. is the sister company to Norwex USA, Inc. EMP Manufacturing has leased approximately 200,000 square feet of space at 220 N. Freeport Parkway. Norwex USA, Inc. has sub-leased a portion of that space for their expanded operations in Coppell. This 5-year, 90% abatement will be applied to the business personal property for EMP Manufacturing Inc. at 220 N. Freeport Parkway.
