Consider approval of two (2) Resolutions approving Amended and Restated Tax Abatement Agreements between the City of Coppell and Prologis, and authorizing the Mayor to sign.
Summary
City Council approved Tax Abatement Agreements for Prologis in 2014 for the buildings included in the proposed site plan for Prologis Park 121. Prologis has since made modifications to their original site plans, and the tax abatement agreements need to be cleaned up to reflect those changes. These are Amended and Restated Tax Abatement Agreements for Buildings 1 and 2, which have not been constructed at this time. These agreements replace the existing agreements that were approved in 2014.
