Summary
City Council approved Tax Abatement Agreements for Prologis in 2014 for the buildings included in the proposed site plan for Prologis Park 121. Prologis has since made modifications to their original site plans, and the tax abatement agreements need to be cleaned up to reflect those changes. The First Amendment to Tax Abatement Agreement is for Building 3. This agreement increases the square footage of the building and the capital investment. The terms of the agreement will not change.
