Summary
Kelly’s Texican is a new restaurant located at 110 W sandy Lake Road, Suite 150. This incentive agreement is a sales tax rebate of 100% of the City’s general fund sales tax collection for a duration of 3 years and a cash grant of $23,000 for relocation costs to a new location.
Fiscal Impact:
The $23,000 cash grant will be provided by the General Fund Designated Fund Balance for Economic Development.
