Consider approval of a Resolution expressing official intent to reimburse expenses associated with City facilities, street improvements, including related drainage, signalization, landscaping, sidewalks, lighting and signage, streetscape improvements and land acquisition; and acquiring, constructing, installing and equipping additions, improvements, extensions and equipment for the City's waterworks and sewer system prior to the issuance of bonds; and authorizing the Mayor to sign.
